Common applications include product support structures, channels for fiber optics, and liquid dispensing systems. Depending on the structural requirements, shaped tubing can be designed to offer directional strength—similar to I-beams.

  • Tolerances on non-critical features should be relaxed to reduce production costs.
  • Tight radii or sharp angles increase manufacturing complexity and may be unfeasible.
  • Final cutting and secondary forming can be challenging; Emily Metal uses specialized tooling for accurate, burr-free results.
